Shipping within Sweden
We use the Swedish postal service postage price list.
Shipping within the Nordic Countries
Invoice Payment terms are net 10 days.
Refund/Right of withdrawal/Returns Customers have the right to return any stock item within 10 days. A copy of the invoice has to be included with all returns. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition and must be returned in original packaging. Products can not be shipped with 'collect on delivery' service.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipments. Custom yarn or custom made-to-order merchandise can not be returned.
Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. Custom made-to-order items can not be cancelled.
Sjöalyckans silke holds the right of ownership of sold products until full payment is received.
Customer registration and Personal Identification Number
As a registered customer, you agree to allow us to store your customer information in our customer registry. This information is necessary for us to deliver your order, and as needed, to contact you regarding your order. We also do customary credit checks. We guarantee that this information is confidential and that it will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. You can always change your personal information by contacting us.
